LCA on a Bus Body Component Based on Biomaterials
The comparative LCA of the bus body component based on biomaterials and the conventional component made of glass fiber and polyester resin showed that there were ecological benefits especially in the categories energy resources and climate change. Further advantages could be achieved by the realization of a lightweight variant and the optimization of the production process.
