- Grid mix 80‐95% hydroelectricity
- Relatively dense urban areas
- Desire to develop high value added industries
- Well‐educated, technically capable workforce

I am so interested to see the results of this study and that's because I am making plans to get an electric vehicle, I've already put my current car in a donate car program and I am hoping for a nice tax incentive.
